He looks awesome, but smaller than Cloud and Vincent. Not that he has a smaller build, just like he's not to scale.
 
Just noticed that  :-o

His legs are bent, so that accounts for some of his height loss, but I'd say he should still be made about 5-10% taller.
 
His legs are bent in 2 of them, but not in 1 of them. Cloud's are bent quite a bit in his normal stance and he still looks taller.
 
he scales them to Barrets battle model exactly. So thats how tall Barret is in the real game.
 
I think you should take Barret's texture and lighten the whole thing a bit. He appears as too dark. It could be just me, or just he could be just the screenshots. I dunno whaddya think?
 
i agree, its one of the tweaks i wanna do to the texture, i'm just... really at a lul for htis stuff.. gonna take a few days off.
 
this isnt a big deal but i think his hair isnt right, if i recal he has like a flat head of hair thing going.
 
he looks awesome but like others have said, he looks small :( but this could be fixed hehe
 
i'm fuzzy on this guys, i did all the changes in pcreator, and checked updates in biturn... doing it one at a time every peice matched teh size... i agree he looks kind of small though... can i get some shots of normal barret ingame? (similar angles)
 
so we got apz's cloud, timu's barret, and a red xiii comin soon... this is lookin excellent!  :-D

If each piece was the same scale as the original piece, than you didn't do anything wrong! That's what I meant!
 
So maybe Barret was the wrong size all along?

Or maybe bending his legs (since they're always bent to some degree) takes a lot more from his height than we've taken into account?
