its ok i fixed it myself. i have no idea what my graphic card is or where... i just seen some resolution numbers sum where and typed them into the bootloader....works fine now.....and whats an ATI :/

I really like ATI because it's cheap and usually works fine. If I could build a new system I would certainly go with Intel for the guts this time... but I think I would still consider an ATI video processor. I am very curious to see what happens in the coming months and if they continue to roll out drivers that conflict with aali's opengl, since it's beginning to look like that was a final version. With the 25th anniversary edition upcoming and a remake being hinted at, perhaps there is need for caution and secrecy.

It seemed like everything downloaded and installed correctly, and this is the only issue that I've seen. Any fix for this would be highly appreciated.

Hi I installed the mod and I can start the game but I have no music at all I do have sound effects and yes... I have looked through the trouble shoot section and have tried some of there Idea's, They have not worked though.
Help would be nicely appreciated.

How to fix the music If you have none at the start of the game?I've updated the Tutorial:
1. Added the new Steam release as a modding option.
2. Added Kompass63's GC as a STEP 0 (Hopefully PitBrat can take a look at it for possibly implementing into 040.1).
3. Added disabling UAC to STEP 3.
4. Added Template's workaround to skipping Avalanche GUI 2.0 in STEP 9. This is to avoid incompatibilities with Menu Overhaul.
5. Added three more Q&A's:
- How to fix a black screen with red triangles on the start menu.
- How to fix cut off counters/timers, such as the Shinra Mansion Safe.
- How to fix a crash when opening the last chest on Floor 65 of the Shinra HQ
If I've missed something or anything else would like to be suggested, please let me know

Do you have some Music-Files inside the subfolder [Gamedir]\FF7Music\OSTRe ?
Post you FF7Music.ini and FF7Music.log between [ code ] and [ /code ] (use the # during posting)

hmmmmm, seems looking back on the tutorial if you choose the overhaul option the avalanche GUI doesn't work. Is there anyway to just untick that option and install the other GUI, or do I have to "reinstall" everything using the bootleg again?

Somewhere in the mods\bootleg folder are the erroneous graphics, or was the textures folder?
You can try to find it and move it out of the folder.
EDIT: Yeah right! The Spanish fonts have been installed! (inside the TA-mod)

Never clicked any Spanish option, and reinstalling didn't seem to fix it (it defaults to spanish language off). Also checking through the files everything seemed like it was fine. Maybe I'll just do a fresh install of everything just to see if that works out.

Edit: perpetrated whaaa? If your asking why I have final fantasy 7 in a final fantasy 7 folder well I like my game folder's close and my Installer closer
Also In the FF7 Music.exe/configure/files there Is ostremix, custom, bootleg and mp3 remixed... I don't really get what most of these thing's do so what one do I pick?

If you're new to here, then you probably don't know that it does work. The incompatibilities between Avalanche GUI and Menu Overhaul are a few slight misalignments with the menu texts. Apparently the textures are slightly enhanced as well, but it seems it may be the opposite. I never looked closely for white lines, and can barely see them in your screenshots.
Anyways, you can run Bootleg again and install Avalanche GUI just fine. The game will look almost perfect, but nothing blatantly out of place. For example, check the Save Slot menu box in the top-right corner when you're going to save/load a game.

Don't install to a system folder, such as Program Files. Choose somewhere like D:\Games\FF7.
