Looks amazing!
Although I'd prefer couds arms to be more umm "normal".
Other than that, the battle models are simply superb and the textures are spot on!
 
That's Eclypse's Shin-Ra MP Model and just like his Vincent model he doesn't want his work ported into FF7... (Seriously dude, ASK the author first before doing anything, it also doesn't help when it seems as though you're taking credit for the models, cause even if you didnt mean for it, it sure looks that way)

also i hope for your sake you asked Almighty_Gir for permission to use the body from his Sephiroth model, cause you do not wanna get on his bad side...

that aside I personaly reccomend you pick up a 3D program like 3dsmax or Blender and start learning to make your own models from scratch, as from the looks of it you have the potential, and it's much better than chopping up other people's work which in the end will probly get you into trouble with said people...
 
Weird. I just made a Tifa head that looks almost identical to that.

I have been working on a few models myself, just for fun, since i'm on holidays, heres few pics  :-D
I used the zack model i made on cloud =], but as for cloud i didn't, want him to be identical to my zack, so
cloud still has kh arms =p
I reckon some kingdom heart 2 models doesnt look so good in ff7, such as sephiroth so i changed him as well ^^

Hey Weeemus, nice models, Had you built that sephiroth? and these Shin-Ra soldiers are your creation or there are from JK III?

Christian, Sword, Before talking about a release, I should end the project, no? if not it haven't got sense...
 
As I just stated above, he did not make those models, the Sephiroth is using the body from Almighty_Gir's Jedi Academy model and the head from the Kingdome hearts Sephy model. And the Shin-Ra Grunt is indeed the Jedi Academy model, which was made by Eclypse (whome i spoke to last night and he is not happy that weeemus has ripped off his model)
 
Man, slayer... I love those fish and that shark. You aren't by any chance gonna mod the enemies?
 
Those model conversions and the two heads are awesome!  :-D  My only critique is that you should alter the standing animation etc. to move the arms to the models' sides.  Looks kinda weird with arms splayed out like that on more realistic models.  :-P

I can see where you're coming from with not releasing it untill it's finished - a mix of FFVII models and KH models would be a poke in the eye!  But, on the other hand, releasing it would let everyone test it for ya and dig up the glitches a hell of a lot faster then on your own.  :-)

And yes, changing the battle models (espicially the party members) would be awesomeness on a stick!

Sounds like a very intentional "taking credit for other peoples models" to me.  If he wasn't trying to imply that he made the ShinRa MP etc. he would of stated that the models are from Jedi Acadamy.  Some people...
 
When i said " I have been working on a few models myself" meaning only converting into the ff7 game.

anyway, yeah sephiroth body and shinra grunt, are from jedi academy, as for clouds body i made that myself. (excluding arms)

yeah your right about that, i should've asked the author...and no i'm not releaseing the models because it isn't mine.

anyhow, just wanted to upload some screenshots of my ff7 game, only doing this temporally since it's holidays.

by the way, i didn't mention anything about that, i made the models exept for the clouds body from my previous attempt for a zack mod.

so it's a misunderstanding.

Sword, didn't you doing a Mod with textured weapons for all main characters?
I'd modify Cloud, Tifa, Aeris, Cid, Yuffie, "Vincent" (Head), "Reno" (Head) and Sephiroth Battle models. But not weapons...
Had you do this weapons mod?

I did do a few Weapon Mod for Cloud.
I MAY have them somewhere on my hard drive.
I'll check and get back to you.

Edit:For naught.
I must have gotten rid of them on my last computer clean out.

I know. For reasons I won't get to in here, I no longer have 3DS Max.
(The free trial ended :cry:)
Si I can't properly import them.
