Hello everyone,
I'm sorry for the italian users, the codes i supplied were wrong. It will be fixed  by tonight. The problem came from my version of GIMP as it destroyed the transparency values from a 32 bit bmp. So when i applied the algorithm it delivered a wrong code. I had to downgrade GIMP from 2.8.14 to 2.8.2 before it worked.

It will take me a long time to check all the hash code( german, italian, spanish) that i generated this week. So please be patient.

I have testers for each Language version in mind who are the people that helped me dump the textures for the mapdata we've been using.  Let me know if you need help testing the hashcodes.
 
Hi guys! playing during the seed's exam i've performed a game crash when i've tried to absorb Siren from the boss on the transmission tower, caused by the SeeD Reborn Mod. Do you know if this is a known issue?

Make sure you disable the Steam overlay in "settings / in-game" to prevent these crashes.  If you've already done this, it could be an issue with the upscaled palette.  Do you have SeeD Reborn v3.2?  This was an issue in SeeD Reborn v3.alpha - but I had thought we fixed it.  It could have just been a random crash.  Make sure you also have the latest Tonberry, because Tonberry used to have memory issues.

Google Translate?  I think it missed a few words, but let me try to help. 
Shunsq posted a temporary translation for SeeD Reborn in Italian and posted code that didn't end up working.  He will fix it soon, so be patient. 
At that time, we may have a 'Beta' version for the languages (including Italian).

Tonberry should be updated in the next 1-2 months (or so, depending on life) to include all translations [Spanish, French, German, and Italian] in an official release.  Omzy is also working on fixes for the graphical glitches people are experiencing in Project Eden and Tripod, but that may take longer.

Hello Shunsq, just for information I've followed all the steps you give us for the french version but it seems I can't have it working properly ^^' (the menu looks like the pictures have been shuffled randomly :p ).
I've tried to use various csv editors just in case, without more success.

I guess I'll just wait patiently until SeeD Reborn's next version or an update from you :) (or if I found I've done something wrong, if so I'll keep you updated ^^' )
 
Hello everyone,
I'm working on an new program in C to generate the hashcodes for several files at a time. I just have some problem to handle 20 digits per hashcode. If there are coders there a little help would be nice.

For the italian users, it seems that the codes i first provided were OK.It was a false alert. Anyway i need more feedback from you. Is there any of you who succeeded using them?

For the french users( 5way and eukanel), do you both failed using the hashcodes i provided? It is strange because it works great for me.
Eukanel , can you make a screen capture so that i see what is being "shuffled"?

Regarding the editing of hash1map.csv, if you see a bunch of zeroes at the end of each hashcode it means that you  opened the file wrong. Again, open it with excel or any alternative(libre office works really well). Separate manually each column and format them as text. When you save keep the format as csv.
 
Yep, I have no zeroes after the hashcodes ^^' I double checked a lot of time with exel/libre office/ron's editor, etc :p

Can you check what is the size of the replacement texture? Tonberry only works with 1024*1024 textures. I think that you downloaded the texture at the wrong size. First right click on the image and then choose "afficher l'image" ( "show the image" in english i think). Only then click on "save image as".

The problem doesn't come from the hash codes as it replaces the texture with something. It's the "something" that is not correct.

I've taken it from the right click thing and if I quote your post to get the link, it's the same one :P and it's 894*894 ^^'

ps: I can see the same issue with the italian version ^^

edit: I tried to resize the 894*894 to 1024*1024, it's ugly as hell but it works, so we just need the original 1024*1024 picture :)

Enkanel: You were right, the textures i uploaded weren't 1024*1024pix. My bad  ::)! I fixed the problem. Go back to page 6 to have the correct size texture!
Italian users: I got the hashcodes back in page 6. And i uploaded a 1024*1024pix texture.
 
Even the best ones do mistakes some times :P Thanks for the correction, it looks really good now :)

edit: is it just me, or it seems more "edgy" (or aliased? is it an english word? ^^') on the french version? The italian one seem to be smoother :P (yeah, I'm a pain I know, sorry ^^')

Hi guys, this is a video of me playing with Seed Reborn on the FF8 italian version

When i've opened the .csv file with Excel i didn't get any prompt to modify the colums etc.. so i don't know if that could be the problem. I've added the last 2 lines for the fonts because i thought that those could be the one missing that didn't change the numbers in battle screen, etc.. but it didn't work.
 
Here's the problem i modify the colums to be texts and i set the comma as a separator, but when i go to save the file a prompt appears and it says me that it can't save the file as .csv because characteristics would go lost. If i accept to lose those characteristics it saves the file as .csv but all the hash codes get those 5 zeros added in the end, if i choose to not lose those characteristic it saves the file as .xlsx
 
In the menu select the columns ( they must be grey) before changing them from standard to text. It is just a technical problem. If you seek on the net you will find a solution.
 
This is how i've edited the file
In a successive try to edit the file, during the upload of the video i've succesfully avoided the prompt error that shows when i try to save the file by saving it as .xslx and then changing the file formati into .csv but it didn't worki anyway.
