Patch not yet applied, path found at...

First time modding the game, I've installed the game (not steam) and tried to use the converter (7H.) When it starts, it tells me where the installation path is, then asks if it's found or not, and when I do, it just says "source files are not compatible." I've tried entering in other possible paths to no avail. Anybody know how to fix it?
