Despite my previous posts, I think the whole idea is somewhat ridiculous. Sure, it's nice to fantasize about the character's voices, but seriously..why bother having the whole script read by actors? Don't people still know how to read? I seriously miss the SNES rpg days. 2-D sprites, no voice acting. Those were the days... *reminisces briefly*
It's pretty cool that games and graphics have advanced to the point where everything can be voiced, but I don't think the older final fantasies would be much better with voices. You probably wouldn't get much of an effect from the script if voices were reading it. You might even get less out of the script.
