It seems to be an OS related problem, a lot of people is having this very same trouble too. It seems Windows 10 is having a lot of trouble with DirectX9, it seems Micro$oft is not giving much support for now... My best advice is to get back to W7...Thanks for the reply and for the correction where to put the tonberry contents.
Unfortunately, game wont run with d3d9.dll in the directory. No crash thing, it just don't start at all. :|
