Hmmm, a LowRes version is needed....Looks like the textures are too high-res for my 720p monitor (they look too busy and grainy, if you know what I mean).

Hold that thought. The driver may be able to sort out this grainyness issue.Hmmm, a LowRes version is needed....
Anisotropic filtering or mipmaps maybe?Hold that thought. The driver may be able to sort out this grainyness issue.
Would it be possible to have some screenshots of the original and reworked areas side by side?
It would be nice for a direct comparison without having to run the game and play it.
That has got to be the most common battle area that sticks in my mind. That is amazing! Only thing I want to note is the ground may be a bit too bright compared to the original, as isn't it an overcast day? On a side note, that new interface almost makes it look like you're playing FF8 with FF7 charactersJenova's Witness

Yeah, it's a bit noisy. Firstly, let's wait for new aali's driverThe only part I am not so convinced about is the world map grass which looks a bit... I wouldn't know the tech word but I'd say messy, if you know what I mean (the grass in the latest battle scene picture instead is simply marevllous). I am sorry I cannot come with a real constructive criticism.
I'll give it a try, then I'll let you if it worked (I need to download it again first).Try turning on linear_filter in the config file. I dont recommend you to play with that setting on but if that makes it look better there's hope for a driver-based solution.
